Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Lancar138 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Lancar138 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. You must notify Lancar138's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Account activation requires confirmation of your registered email address or mobile number. Full account features, including withdrawal capabilities, are subject to successful KYC verification as detailed in Section 5.
Lancar138 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is conducted in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards.

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Deposits made via e-wallets and FPX/DuitNow are typically credited to your account within seconds to a few minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations. Lancar138 does not impose processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed:
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX and DuitNow are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network conditions and typically complete within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Lancar138 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so under Applicable Law.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits offered by Lancar138 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply:
Lancar138 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, low-margin betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements, hedging bets across accounts, or coordinated abuse by groups of individuals. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently banned.
Participation in the Lancar138 VIP Diamond Programme is subject to tier-specific terms available in the VIP section of the platform. VIP tier assessments are conducted monthly based on deposit volume in the preceding calendar month. Lancar138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP programme at its discretion with reasonable notice.
All bets placed on the Lancar138 platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. A bet is only deemed accepted upon the receipt of a confirmed bet acceptance notification from the platform. Lancar138 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were published in error, where a technical malfunction occurred, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are published within the relevant sports or casino section of the platform. Lancar138 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet stake or payout available to any Player without prior notice.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sports event, the result as determined by the relevant official governing body — such as the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia matches, or the relevant international federation — shall be final and binding. For technical disputes arising from platform errors, Lancar138's decision following internal review shall be final.
In the event of a disconnection during an active game or live bet, the outcome will be determined according to the relevant game provider's recorded server-side state at the time of disconnection. Lancar138 accepts no liability for losses resulting from network interruptions outside our direct control.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Lancar138 platform:
Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and where required, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Lancar138 platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of Lancar138 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of Lancar138.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Lancar138, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other intangible losses arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform.
Lancar138's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Applicable Law.
Lancar138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools designed to assist players in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
Players are encouraged to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to view gambling strictly as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. Gambling should never be used to resolve financial difficulties.

Players may request to close their Lancar138 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining cash balance (subject to KYC verification and wagering requirement clearance) will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Lancar138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — with or without notice — in the event of: a material breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC within a stipulated deadline; or receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
Upon termination of an account for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited in full. Cash balances arising from genuine deposits may be returned at Lancar138's discretion, subject to the completion of all due diligence obligations. Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 of these Terms shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Lancar138 holds its applicable operating authorisation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.
In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to Lancar138's customer support team for resolution. We are committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support interaction, escalation procedures are available as described in our support documentation.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Lancar138 from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in any territory to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.
Lancar138 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, identifiable by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top. Your continued use of the Lancar138 platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
